However, if you are not completely satisfied, we encourage you to review our refund policy outlined below. By using our services, you agree to the terms listed in this refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before Classes Begin:
    You are eligible for a full refund if you decide to withdraw your registration before the commencement of classes.
  • After Classes Have Started:
    Once your classes have been confirmed and at least one session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued.
  • Service Issues from Our End:
    If we fail to provide the agreed classes or services for any reason on our side after payment has been made, we will refund the paid amount after deducting any applicable administrative/refund fees.

2. Transferring Balance for Future Classes

  • If you cannot continue classes for personal reasons, the remaining balance can be used and carried forward for next month’s classes. This balance transfer applies for a maximum of 3 months.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

  • No refunds are issued if the refund cost surpasses the paid fees.
  • For absences or canceled sessions on your part without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Makeup classes may be organized as per our missed class policy mentioned in the Terms of Service.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed classes unless there is an emergency and timely prior notice is provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 days upon receipt of your request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
