1. Registration & Payments

  • Upon registering for any course or service, you agree to pay the associated fees as outlined on our Site.
  • Payments must be made in advance based on the agreed payment schedule weekly, monthly, or for a specific course duration.
  • Late payments: If payments are overdue by more than 7 days, we reserve the right to pause your classes or services until payment is made.

2. Course Plans and Changes

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your study plan based on your requirements. Any changes may result in additional fees, depending on the services selected.
  • Additional sessions or adjustments, such as makeup classes, can be arranged for missed classes as per the makeup policy outlined below.

3. Missed Classes and Leave Policy

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance to qualify for a makeup class. Makeup classes are subject to instructor availability.
  • A maximum of 4 makeup classes per month can be arranged.
  • Missed classes without prior notice will not qualify for makeup. In case of extended absence without notice 5 days or more, services may be canceled without refund or notice.

4. Termination of Services

  • You may terminate your subscription or course by emailing us at info@taqwafoundation.com or call us at +1 888-978-2792 at least 15 Days in advance. Include the reason for termination in your message.
  • If we determine you have violated any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your classes or access to our services without prior notice.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.
  • Use the Site to post defamatory, abusive, or offensive content.
